Summer of Riesling Dinner
Saturday, 4 February 2012, 6.30pm for 7.00pm
As part of the national Summer of Riesling initiative, Grazing is presenting a wonderful dining opportunity with four courses matched with a flight of Riesling tasting.
The menu includes so many delicious tastes, here are just a few to get your taste buds excited... twice cooked blue cheese soufflé with apple and crystallised honey; scallop boudin and ceviche with lemon and fennel; braised onion and witlof studded pork belly with crackling and for a sweet finish passionfruit freestanding crème brulee.
Book early to avoid disappointment as this promises to be a feature event of the inaugural Summerside Festival.
