Poachers Pantry is all set for summer with a great line up of events throughout the month of February.
Head out every weekend for the Sounds of Summer with live music on the terrace over lunch.
For two nights only, you can enjoy the 100 Mile Dinner with everything on the menu sourced within 100 miles of the venue.
There's also a degustation dinner on the 18th with live music, fine dining and fine wine - the perfect excuse to try Poachers by night.
And for a fun night out, join some of the locals for a great cause on Saturday 11th February for the inaugural Summer Ball with live entertainment, auctions and more.
A little bit about Poachers Pantry...
In 1991, fed up with the vagaries of the stock market and the world of merchant banking, and coupled with a desire to look for a business closer to home, Susan Bruce with her husband Robert, turned their grazing property on its head by converting it into a country smokehouse.
Soon demand grew and Poachers Pantry was born. Now home to the award-winning Smokehouse Café and Wily Trout Vineyard, a day at Poachers is a rich experience and Sue and Robert are prime examples of regional business people taking control of their product and branding it for the marketplace.
This has seen their unique range of high quality smoked meats and products earn a place on the first and business class menus of Qantas and exclusive restaurants such as Tetsuya's, Sydney (voted one of the top three restaurants in the world).
